The personality assessment tool measures 7 key behavioral aspects of an individual, and provides insights as to how a person feels they need to modify their behavioral style in order to maximize their effectiveness. This information is extremely valuable to the person that does the profile, as it allows them to see their personality in the most positive light. They can understand what they are good at, recognize where they might have challenges, and learn to adapt themselves, when possible, to address those areas of concern.
